Refund policy

Trees are agreed to be viable and in good health upon pickup/delivery. If an issue becomes apparent up until December 31st of the year of planting related to disease we will be able to replace. Unfortunately we cannot replace trees that perish due to environmental conditions (over/under watering, wildlife, winterkill, etc). 

A full refund of deposit will be granted if order is cancelled prior to May 1st.
